  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
  • Longer billing periods receive discounts (up to 20% for annual plans)
  • Daily usage limits apply based on your plan tier
  • When your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice

Usage Limits:

  • Each plan includes a daily limit on successful posts
  • Exceeding your daily limit may result in temporary throttling until the next day
  • Limits reset at midnight UTC each day

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to circumvent rate limits

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you publish using our Service. This includes:

  • Ensuring you have rights to publish or modify the content
  • Compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Accuracy and legality of published content
  • Content appropriateness for your target platforms

We do not claim ownership of content you create or publish through our Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WordPress, n8n, make.com, etc.). You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with third-party terms of service
  • Security of your third-party credentials
  • Any fees charged by third-party services

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to rewrite content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication
  • AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results
  • You remain responsible for all published content
  • AI processing is included with your subscription plan

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO CONTENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

12. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be refunded, but your access continues until the end of the billing period.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
